You may make your own travel arrangements. Both Air Canada and WestJet fly direct to Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Air Canada also flies direct to Miami International (MIA) - about 50 minutes by car from Port Everglades. When making your own air arrangements please book a flight arriving before noon on the day of departure. Our recommendation is to arrive a day or two earlier. Do not book a return flight before 12:30 pm on the last day of the cruise. Taxi fare between Port Everglades and FLL is about US$15. Numerous shuttle companies run between Port Everglades and MIA cost is typically under US$25 per person. One way car rentals generally do not incur a return fee or the fee is quite low. All major car rental companies run shuttles between a nearby location and Port Everglades.

1. * Prices are per person based on double occupancy and include taxes and fees of $336.73. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prior to booking prices are subject to change without notice. Prior to October 20, 2011 a full deposit, ($660 per stateroom, $834 per suite), is required to secure your price and cabin. After October 19, 2011 cruise fare must be paid in full at time of booking. Prior to embarkation government taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.
2. * Princess Cruise Line reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests of up to US$9 per day. This supplement may be imposed at any time without additional notice. At present there is no fuel surcharge.
3. Pre-paid round trip air including transfers between cruise port and local airport may be purchased from Princess Cruise Line.
4. Availability is limited. Our group has an allocation of cabins with cruise rates (pre tax & port fees) fixed until June 4, 2011. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

7. All cabins include mini-refrigerator, television, phone and 110/220 electrical outlet. Cabins typically have a safe. Unless otherwise noted bathrooms have shower, toilet, sink, and vanity mirror.
8. Optional Wireless Internet access is available in several hot-spots onboard. There is also an "Internet Cafe" onboard. Internet access may be available in cabins.
9. Some cabins can accommodate 3-4 guests with a sofa bed or Pullman beds. Please call for details.
10. Cruise fare includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals onboard, some beverages onboard, most entertainment onboard. It does not include, among other things, gratuities, alcohol, carbonated beverages, photographs, excursions, specialty dining, dry cleaning/laundry or spa services.
11. This seminar cruise is open to seminar participants, family, and friends. Registering for seminars is not a requirement for participation.

* Suites require a deposit of $417 per person based on double occupancy. Should you cancel your cruise before October 19, 2011 your deposit, less $125 processing fee will be refunded. REAS Group reserves the right to cancel the Seminar Cruise in which case you will have the option of a full refund of your deposit or you may retain your booking and cruise without seminars.
