REAS Group Seminar Cruise

To accommodate individual requirements seminars are sold separately. A total of 18 CE credits can be earned on the Seminar Cruise. Including six (6) for the mandatory RECO Real Estate Update (Residential). In addition to RECO Real Estate Update (Residential), there will be four 3 CE credit courses offered. You may elect to take any number of seminars.

Seminars will be held during the day on the three at sea days. A total of six class hours on each day. Seminar topics are posted below, registration will take place in September, 2011.

Our instructor for all courses is Cassandra A. Walker. Cassandra consistently receives rave reviews from students. She brings a wealth of practical experience as a broker, past president of her home board, and participation on more than 20 OREA Committees, to the task of presenting material in an interesting and practical manner.

All seminars will be held in the Conference Center, Fiesta deck 6 forward of the forward elevators.

With the exception of RECO Real Estate Update (Residential), the seminars are administered by The REAS Group, an Approved Education Provider by the Registrar, REBBA 2002. RECO Real Estate Update (Residential) is administered by OREA. At the end of each REAS Group seminar, (i.e. not RECO Real Estate Update (Residential)), credit certificates are distributed to those who successfully completed the course. Completion certificates for RECO Real Estate Update (Residential) will be available on-line, following the cruise, in the My Portfolio section of the OREA web site, www.orea.com.

Seminars are open to all Ontario Registrants. A $150 administration fee (including HST) will be charged to non-group Registrants, i.e. those who have not booked their cruise as part of our group. Space is limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
