You may make your own travel arrangements. Both Air Canada and WestJet fly direct to Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Air Canada also flies direct to Miami International (MIA) - about 50 minutes from Port Everglades. When making your own air arrangements please book a flight arriving before noon on the day of departure. Our recommendation is to arrive a day or two earlier. Do not book a return flight before 12:30 pm on the last day of the cruise. Optional cruise air typically departs from YYZ or YOW the day of embarkation and returns on the last day of the cruise. Taxi fare between Port Everglades and FLL is about US$15. Numerous shuttle companies run between Port Everglades and MIA cost is typically under US$25 per person. One way car rentals generally do not incur a return fee or the fee is quite low. All major car rental companies run shuttles between a nearby location and Port Everglades.

1. Prices are per person based on double occupancy and include taxes and port fees. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. A full deposit, ($530 per stateroom, $1,060 per suite), is required to secure you price and cabin.
2. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests, not to exceed $11.00 per day to a maximum of $140.00 per cruise. This supplement may be imposed at any time without additional notice. At present there is no fuel surcharge.
3. Optional Cruise Air includes round trip air between quoted gateway and Ft Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or other nearby airport as well as transfers between cruise port and airport. Details of air travel arrangements are made by the cruise line, typically 30 - 60 days before cruise departure. Airline baggage fees, if any, are not included in the quoted price.
4. Availability is limited. Our group has an allocation of cabins with cruise rates (pre tax & port fees) fixed until June 4, 2009. However, prices are subject to change without notice.

7. All cabins include mini-refrigerator, hair-dryer, TV, phone and 110/220 electrical outlets. Cabins typically have a safe. Unless otherwise noted bathrooms have shower, toilet, sink, and vanity mirror.

10. Cruise fare includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, most meals onboard, some beverages onboard, most entertainment onboard. It does not include gratuities, alcohol, carbonated beverages, photographs, excursions, specialty dining, dry cleaning/laundry, spa services.
11. This seminar cruise is open to seminar participants, family, and friends. Registering for seminars is not a requirement for participation.

* Should you cancel your cruise before October 18, 2010 your deposit, less $125 processing fee will be refunded. REAS Group reserves the right to cancel the Seminar Cruise in which case you will have the option of a full refund of your deposit or you may retain your booking and cruise without seminars.
