Seminars
To accommodate individual requirements seminars are sold separately. A total of 18 MCE / CEU credits can be earned on the Seminar Cruise. Including six (6) for the mandatory RECO Real Estate Update - Residential. In addition to Real Estate Update, there will be four 3 credit courses offered. You may elect to take any number of seminars.
Seminars will be held during the day on the first three at sea days. A total of six class hours on each day.
Our instructor for all courses is Cassandra A. Walker. Cassandra consistently receives rave reviews from students. She brings a wealth of practical experience as a broker, past president of her home board, and participation on more than 20 OREA Committees, to the task of presenting material in an interesting and practical manner.

REAS Group is in the process of developing new courses for this cruise. In September cruise participants will be sent course descriptions and a seminar signup form. REAS Group will not announce course topics until they have been approved by RECO.
With the exception of RECO Real Estate Update - Residential, the seminars are administered by The REAS Group, a RECO Approved Education Provider. RECO Real Estate Update (REU) is administered by O.R.E.A. The fee that is collected for REU by The REAS Group is passed on to O.R.E.A. At the end of each REAS Group seminar, (i.e. not REU), credit certificates are distributed to those who successfully completed the course.
Seminars are open to all Ontario Registrants. A $125 administration fee (plus GST) will be charged to non-group Registrants, i.e. those who have not booked their cruise as part of our group. Space is limited and allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
