Dealing with properties that have unusual features or stigma demands great care. Stigmas, in particular, require careful analysis and judicious handling of any required disclosure. This course provides a framework for analyzing property features and issues to determine how best they can be handled from both marketing and disclosure perspectives. Special attention is given to the regulatory environment as it pertains to advertising, discovery and disclosure.
