Discovery & Disclosure

Sales representatives have legal and ethical obligations to find and report facts concerning a property to their clients. They may also come into possession of facts which need not or may not be disclosed. This course clarifies these issues and provides students with a framework for collecting and distributing information. This course has been updated to reflect changes brought about by REBBA 2002.
